Eurozone I (Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Poland, Romania, Croatia, France, Italy, Monaco): 9,90€

Eurozone II:  Finland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Republic of Ireland, Bulgaria, Greece, Malta, Cyprus: 15,90€

 FREE Shipping for all orders over 200€.

 

At the moment we only deliver within the EU.

§2 Delivery time

Delivery time varies depending on the ordered product size & product type.

Germany, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein:
3-5 business days.

Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, Croatia, France, Italy:
5-7 business days.

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Spain, Cyprus:
7-12 business days.

 

§3 Local taxes


No Customs or local taxes on orders to EU. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Only outside the EU.

 

§4 Our partners

Secure and fast shipping with our shipping partners: 

All our orders are shipped out with the Austrian Post, UPS, DPD, GLS or Hermes. Our studio is based in Austria.


We will tell you the tracking number of the package as soon as it is shipped, so you can track the delivery at the same time.

 


§5 Returns

All customers according to the Austrian law have 30 days to regret their buyings. The 30 days starts from the day you pick up the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation.

  • Personalized products are not exchangeable or refundable!
  • The costs of the return are borne by the sender of the goods, i.e. the customer.
  • Once the goods have been returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase amount (excl. shipping costs).


 

§6 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order! If we haven't started with fulfilling your order you can cancel it (fulfillment takes 1-2 business days). 


 

§7 How can I track my order?

You will first get a email where we confirm your order is paid and ready to be shipped out. After the first email you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. If you did not get any email with a tracking link or there is no tracking updates, please send us an email with the name or email you made the order with to info@deadball.eu and we will help you to track your order.
